Cancellation Policy

Completion of the online booking form does not automatically constitute confirmation of a booking. Confirmation of bookings are sent by e-mail to the email provided in the booking form on receipt of payment in full. All bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment details and methods • Payment can be made using PayPal or via invoice/purchase order. • Participant fees must be paid in full a minimum of 1 month before the commencement date of the workshop. • If you have opted to pay directly (i.e. not through Paypal) it is important that you forward a cheque/postal order (made payable to Somatic Trauma Therapy Ireland) for the training workshop fee amount. Please note that to avail of early bird rates payment must be received no later than the date set for the particular training workshop. All places booked after this date will be at the full rate. On receipt of participant fee you will be notified via the email supplied on the booking form of your confirmed place on the workshop. Cancellations In the event of an attendee cancelling their place on an training/workshop the following cancellation fee policy applies: • Cancellation notification received with a minimum of 1 month’s notice of the event/training – full refund • Cancellation notification received with 1 to 4 week’s notice of the event/training – 50% refund • Cancellation notification received with less than 1 week’s notice of the event/training – no refund All cancellation requests must be forwarded by email for the attention of Patricia at pbdsconsultancy@gmail.com Cancelling/amending of events/event details (times, dates, venue etc.) Somatic Trauma Therapy Ireland reserves the right to amend or cancel any event/training (e.g. change in event times, dates, venue etc.) This includes changes to speakers, content and programme. In the unlikely occurrence of an event/training cancellation, Somatic Trauma Therapy Ireland will return any payments received in advance. Somatic Trauma Therapy Ireland cannot, however, refund any costs incurred as a result of this cancellation or provide any additional sums by way of compensation
